Energy Work & Spirit Tending

There is a living field beneath and within everything, moving through your body, your home, the land beneath your feet, and the relationships that extend beyond the visible world. This is what we tend here.

You might call it Source, or Essence, or simply the animating force of all life. Whatever name fits, the felt sense is often the same: something more is happening than what we can see, and tending that invisible layer matters in ways we feel throughout our daily lives: in how we sleep, in how we feel inside our own skin, in how at home we are in the spaces where we live.

This work moves across three intertwined streams that in practice often flow together. You may arrive with one thread and find all three are quietly present. Most of the sessions described below unfold over 2 to 4 visits, not because the work is slow, but because lasting change asks for depth and precision rather than speed.

If you feel a pull toward one of the offerings listed below but are not sure where to begin, you are welcome to email me with a little about what you are navigating or the phenomenon that is arising. This may be something you are experiencing personally, or something happening in your home, another space, or on the land where you live. I can help you get a clearer sense of what kind of support may be most appropriate and what next steps might look like.

Personal Energy Healing

This is direct work with your own energy field, the subtle, living intelligence that moves through and around you at all times. Together, we sense, clear, and support the natural movement of your energy, and part of this work is also about cultivating your own relationship with it, building your capacity to notice what you feel, trust what you sense, and work with what's available to you at any given moment.

I’m here to hold the container and support the process, and the knowing is already yours.

This work may also include coming into relationship with your spirit team, the benevolent and supportive allies who walk with you whether or not you have ever acknowledged them. They are already contributing to your life and your wellbeing, and coming into conscious relationship with them brings both benefit and a kind of empowerment that is hard to describe until you feel it.

The clearer you are about who you are and what you want, the more effectively they can support you on your path. This is not about handing your agency over to some external force. They won't allow that even if you try. It is about stretching your awareness beyond your individual reference points to include what has always been available to you. This can include wise and compassionate ancestors, the spirits of plants, flowers, and the elements, animal allies, and the earth energies that are present wherever you are.

I believe this kind of relationship is available to everyone. We live in a culture that has been largely orphaned from these perceptions and possibilities, and this work is about clearing away the dogma and the fear to get to the heart of something our bodies and deepest knowing already recognize.

House Clearing & Land Blessings

Spaces hold memory. Homes absorb the emotional and energetic residue of everyone who has lived in them: their stories, their grief, their unresolved moments, their joy. Sometimes what lingers belongs to a past phase of your own life, an old relationship or a former version of yourself, energy that was useful once and is now ready to shift. And sometimes the space simply wants tending, a new conversation, an updating of what it holds.

This work may be a good fit if you are:

  • Moving into a new home and want to begin fresh

  • Preparing to sell and want the energy clear and welcoming for whoever is the right fit

  • Sensing something off: heaviness, disrupted sleep, emotions or thoughts that feel like they don't fully belong to you

  • Noticing spirit activity or phenomena you're not sure how to meet

  • Wanting your home to feel more harmonious, more alive, more truly yours

  • Curious about coming into relationship with the spirit of your land or the home itself

Across countless cultures and deep in our ancestral memory, humans understood themselves to be in living relationship with place: with land, with the spirits that dwell in and around the spaces they inhabited. Animism is not an ancient relic. It is a way of moving through the world that many people are quietly returning to, often because something in them already knows it.

I work with plant allies, flowers, and earth elements as partners in this process, and while I bring skill and experience to the work, this is collaborative at its core. You are present and part of it, not a passive recipient. The clearing generally unfolds over two to three sessions.

Psychopomp Tending, Curse and Thought form Unraveling

A psychopomp is a guide for souls in transition, and this is very old work found across cultures around the world: the understanding that the dead sometimes need support in completing their journey, and that the living sometimes carry what is not theirs to carry (knowingly and unknowingly).

The approach here is not one of force or banishment, which is rarely what is needed and rarely holds even when it is tried. This work is rooted in compassion and relationship: with the spirits of the land, with the plant allies and tree spirits who have served as guides for the dead across human history, and with the specific energy present in a person or a space. Across cultures and time, plants, flowers, animals, and trees have been trusted companions at thresholds, present in burial and funerary practices, woven into the rites that tend the passage between what was and what comes next. We have relied on these relationships before, and we can return to them. When we come into right relationship with what is here, it becomes possible to offer care, and when care is offered, energy can move.

This work may be relevant if you are:

  • Experiencing the recent death of someone close, or navigating a significant life transition

  • Sensing the presence of a deceased relative or loved one who seems to need something

  • Carrying a feeling of fog, density, or heaviness that arrives and departs on its own schedule and doesn't feel entirely yours

  • Holding something that seems inherited rather than personal, an emotional weight or pattern that preceded you

  • Intrusive thoughts and energies that don’t feel like they are coming from you or belong to you. They may have been inherited through the generations and are ready to be released

  • Moving, buying, or selling a home, since clearing this kind of energy genuinely supports a smoother transition and helps call in the right people for the space

  • Sensing spirit energy or phenomena that is disruptive or present and you're not sure how to respond

  • Simply following an intuitive nudge that this work wants your attention

Central to this work is the understanding that every being belongs somewhere and is worthy of making a transition. Energies that are stuck or lingering are often not malevolent. They may simply be unaware, unwitnessed, or without support. Sometimes a being has never been deeply listened to, and that listening alone opens something. What I bring into this work is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to communicate before drawing any conclusions. I work with plant allies who have been doing this work for thousands of years and know thresholds, realms, and the needs of the dead far better than any human practitioner. Mugwort, Rue, Angelica, Elder, and others bring their own expertise and relationships into the session as full partners. The work moves through them as much as through me.

Integrity and consent are foundational here. What I can offer is presence, compassion, skillfulness, and a grounded orientation toward the highest good of everyone involved, the living and the dead alike.
