Virtual Cannabis Ceremony
These virtual gatherings to deepen and cultivate a relationship with the spirit of cannabis in community.
These online ceremonies are open to the public and offer ritual safety, skilled facilitation, and a sense of shared presence from the comfort of your own home. Rooted in care and intention, each gathering invites a relational way of working with cannabis, one that is based in healing and connection rather than extraction or escape.
When approached in this way, cannabis reveals herself as a wise and steady presence. She meets each of us where we are and opens us to what is ready to unfold.
Each ceremony is curated around a specific theme. You will bring your own intention, create a simple sacred space in your home, and choose the strain that feels most supportive for your journey. I recommend working with smokeable flower rather than edibles, as the music and pacing are designed for a two-hour arc. Edibles often arrive later and last longer, which may not align with the group rhythm. I also partake in a facilitators dose alongside the group and remain attuned to the collective field. My role is to hold space for the group as a whole, rather than track individual journeys. For those who feel called to deeper one-on-one work, I also offer private cannabis ceremonies. You are welcome to reach out if that feels aligned.
We begin each gathering with a grounding meditation, gentle movement, and a guided practice to connect with the spirit of cannabis before imbibing. From there, we enter the journey space, supported by an intentionally curated playlist and spacious inner guidance. Participants are welcome to keep their cameras on or off once ceremony begins.
If someone in your wider circle may feel nourished by this experience, you are welcome to share this offering with care.
If you are new to working with cannabis in a ceremonial context and would like additional support, I offer a $25 Cannabis Guide to help you prepare and orient (please email me for payment and details).

Plants as Living Elders: Flower Mediumship Circle
Online Group Event
March - June 2026
Thursdays: 10:30 - 1:30
This immersive series invites participants into a sacred, reciprocal, and relational way of communing with the spirits of plants and flowers. These ancient elders carry ancestral memory, elemental and cosmic wisdom, and potent energetic medicine.
This is not a course in herbalism or folk magic, and there is no ingestion of plants. Instead, we enter a devotional practice of deep listening, approaching plant spirits as wise, sovereign beings, each with their own presence, voice, and desire to collaborate with and support humans. We remember that these spirits are not strangers, but kin, beings many of us have known across lifetimes, from older ways of being when humans still spoke with the unseen.
Each plant will meet you as you are, offering teachings shaped for your path and your unique relationship with these allies. Across eight sessions, we will commune with one plant spirit at a time through guided journeying, attunement, and collective inquiry. This series deepens mediumship and energetic perception, while cultivating a more expansive animistic lens through which to relate with these plant elders. Participants will receive physical plant materials to support an embodied, tactile relationship with each ally.
This work is inspired by too many teachers to name, over 15 years of dedicated shamanic and mediumship practice, and deep listening with the plant spirits themselves.

Tending to the Spirit
of Grief: An Online Gathering
Online Group Event
Date: Sunday, March 8th 2026
Time: 2:00 - 4:30 PM PST
A co-created space for remembering how to grieve in community
Many ancestral cultures have long held grief through ritual, song, keening, and communal witness. In many modern Western contexts, these practices have been lost or forgotten. Many of us were not raised with elders who knew how to grieve in community, and we may find ourselves navigating sorrow without a map. Grief is fertile ground. In a culture that often asks us to move on quickly or silently, we have learned to block, avoid, or compartmentalize what is necessary, natural, and deeply human. This space invites us to slow down, soften, and allow grief to be met.
This offering is a gentle invitation to remember what your body already knows. You were born knowing how to grieve. Even if you have not had elders to mirror it back, your heart carries this innate intelligence. Together, we soften the edges of grief and let what has been held in silence take form through movement, voice, breath, and gentle expression. We bless our beautiful brains and invite grief to move through the body, to be metabolized, felt, and witnessed. In some traditions, it is said, “your tears are like sweet nectar for your ancestors,” an offering that nourishes all of life.
All forms of grief are welcome here. Personal grief, ancestral grief, collective and planetary grief. The grief of loss, identity, rupture, climate collapse, and the slow unravelings that have no name. Nothing is too small or too vast.
Consent is honored throughout. You decide what you share, how much you share, and when you share. Cameras may be on or off once the ceremony begins.
What to bring: writing materials and a journal, basic art supplies and paper, space to move, and a grief nest with pillows, blankets, or anything you need to feel supported as you wail, rest, or lie down.
Cost: $55.
This event is open to the public. You are welcome to extend the invitation to anyone who may feel called to join. No one will be turned away for lack of funds, please reach out if you need a scholarship.
This offering is informed by my continued study and practice in grief work, including teachings from Francis Weller, Sarah Kerr, Camille Barton, Josea Crosley, and the Grief Immersion for Death Workers collective, which explores grief through a social justice lens.
Soul Collage: An Inner
Listening Creative Practice
Online Group Event
Sunday, June 14 2026
Time: 2:00-4:45 PM PST
A 2.5-hour virtual workshop where we journey inward to reveal what is ready to emerge. This may be an inner ally, a quiet truth, or a reflection of your own medicine. Through image, archetype, and intuitive guidance, we give form to what has lived just beneath the surface, allowing the unseen to be expressed.
This is a guided process held in silence with an evocative playlist. You will be invited to slow down, listen inward, and stretch into the parts of yourself that do not always have words. This practice nurtures the creative aspect of your being, supports emergent processes, and can offer meaningful integration for those who have experienced expanded states of consciousness or psychedelic journeys.
The process is accessible whether you are a seasoned artist or have never created before. It is low-pressure, welcoming, and deeply fun! Whether you are seeking clarity, connection, or creative expression, this space is here to welcome what wants to come forward.
Supplies You Will Need (before the workshop):
15 to 30 or more image cutouts from magazines or books (thrift stores have amazing selections for collecting books with imagery)
Scissors or an X-Acto knife
Glue stick
Any other creative materials you enjoy working with
A sturdy paper board (this item will be mailed to you two weeks before the workshop)
Cost: $65
This event is open to the public. You are welcome to extend the invitation to anyone who may like to join.
